Kannon Christiansen is a licensed California real estate salesperson (DRE #02443167) and REALTOR® with Keller Williams Realty Chico Area, serving Chico and Butte County. He is completing a construction management degree at CSU Chico, which shapes how he looks at a home's roof, drainage and electrical as closely as its kitchen.
My story
I grew up in a small town where community wasn't just a buzzword, it was how people actually lived. Looking out for your neighbors, showing up when it matters, and putting others first are values that have shaped who I am. A few years ago, I made Chico home and brought that same small-town mindset with me.
Whether you're relocating to Chico, buying your first home, selling a place you've loved for years, or figuring out your next move, I'm here to make the process feel less overwhelming and a lot more straightforward. I show up, I listen, and I tell you the truth, even when it's not what you want to hear. My job is to make the confusing parts simple and let you make the call.
How does construction management help my clients?
Alongside real estate, I'm completing a construction management degree at CSU Chico. It is the reason I spend as much time on a home's roof, drainage and electrical as on its kitchen. Before you write an offer, I can tell you what to look at and what to ask an inspector.
